First: Poor door sealing. Aged or deformed door seals allow warm air to enter, quickly forming thick frost. Replace the seals or adjust the door position.
Second: Frequent door opening and closing, or prolonged door openings, allow a large amount of moisture to enter, exacerbating frost buildup. Minimize door opening frequency.
Third: Storing unsealed, moisture-containing food will also increase frost formation due to moisture evaporation. Food must be stored in sealed containers.
Fourth: Dust accumulation on the condenser and poor ventilation can affect the refrigeration cycle, indirectly causing abnormal frost buildup. Regular dust cleaning will resolve this. Finally, check the defrosting system. A malfunctioning defrost function can also cause persistent frost buildup, requiring professional repair.
