Ice makers achieve efficient ice production through a water circulation system: Water enters the water reservoir through an inlet valve, a water pump sends water to the evaporator, and the low-temperature refrigerant freezes the water. Unfrozen water is then returned for recirculation. Once the ice reaches the required depth, hot air is used to de-ice the ice, which falls into the ice storage tank. Water quality requirements are stringent:

1. Excessive hardness can easily cause scaling, clogging pipes and reducing efficiency;

2. Microbial growth can contaminate ice, necessitating regular disinfection;

3. Chlorine content affects ice quality and equipment life;

4. Imbalanced pH levels can accelerate corrosion. It is recommended to install a filter to remove impurities, maintain a water temperature between 2-35°C and a water pressure between 0.02-0.8 MPa, and perform a deep cleaning of the system every six months.
