1. Avoid light: Ultraviolet rays have a great impact on the aging of red wine. If exposed to strong sunlight for 6 months, the wine will deteriorate. The wine cellar has an anti-UV glass door, which can effectively prevent light from damaging the red wine.

2. Shock absorption: Vibration will accelerate the speed of the chemical reaction of red wine and have a considerable impact on the maturation process of red wine. The interior of the wine cellar uses an anti-vibration compressor, which works slowly and steadily, greatly reducing various vibrations.

3. Constant temperature: The optimal storage temperature for red wine should be around 13°C. There is a compressor and temperature controller in the wine cellar, which has very good temperature control performance and stability. And the temperature should be in a stable state and maintain a constant temperature.

4. Maintain ventilation: During the aging process of red wine, harmful gas sulfur dioxide will be produced, and sulfur dioxide will harm the cork, thereby deteriorating the quality of the wine. In a wine cellar, sulfur dioxide can be eliminated through natural ventilation, but in a closed-loop environment such as a wine cellar, sulfur dioxide will accumulate. Generally speaking, sulfur dioxide can be eliminated by opening the door once every ten days to ventilate the wine cellar. Regarding the air environment, the thoughtful design is to install an activated carbon ventilation circulation system. In this way, as long as the activated carbon is replaced every two or three years, the red wine can always be aged in a good air environment.

5. Maintain humidity: The humidity for storing red wine should generally be maintained at around 60%-70%. If the humidity is too high, mold will form on the mouth of the bottle, causing the label of the red wine to become moldy and fall off, affecting the quality of the wine. If the humidity is not enough, the cork on the red wine bottle will shrink, which may cause trouble when opening the bottle, or lose its sealing function, causing air to enter and affecting the fermentation of the red wine. The wine cellar has a complete ventilation system, which can keep the air fresh through the activated carbon plugs on the upper and lower sides of the wine cellar. It can also increase the internal humidity appropriately through the difference between the temperature inside the wine cellar and the outdoor temperature.
