The ideal storage temperature of cake fridges is 2℃~7℃. This range can not only inhibit bacterial reproduction and extend the shelf life, but also maintain the taste and texture of cakes: animal cream remains smooth and does not melt at around 4℃, and non-dairy cream is most stable between 2℃~5℃; fresh fruits in fruit cakes can slow down oxidation and discoloration at low temperatures, and the cream component of cheesecake can also remain delicate and dense.

Note: Temperatures below 0℃ may cause cream icing to granulate, and temperatures above 8℃ can easily accelerate the growth of microorganisms. It is recommended to cover the cake with plastic wrap when storing it to avoid odor contamination and lock in moisture.
