A reasonable commercial freezer layout can significantly reduce energy consumption and extend equipment life.

1. Avoid Heat Sources and Sunlight: Position the freezer away from heat sources like stoves and ovens, avoiding direct sunlight and reducing excess cooling load.

2. Reserve Cooling Space: Maintain a 10cm or greater clearance between the back of the freezer and the wall to ensure smooth ventilation for the cooling fan and prevent heat buildup.

3. Organize the Interior: Leave 1-2cm of space between items to promote air circulation. Place heavy items on the lower shelf and light items on the upper shelf to reduce door opening time.

4. Reduce Door Opening Frequency: Centralize item placement and retrieval, using transparent drawers or labels for quick location and shorter door opening times.

5. Regularly Maintain Door Seals: Check door seals for tightness and replace any signs of deformation or deterioration to prevent air leakage.
