1.Thawed food shouldn’t be put in the fridge again
Thawed meat fish are inappropriate to be preserved again, for which the food might be polluted during the thawing process, and the microorganisms reproduction grows rapidly.
2.Fridge should take a breath and be performed disinfection
There shouldn’t be full of food inside the fridge, and available space should be left for coldness travelling around the food. Additionally, regular disinfection should be performed. Wipe the fridge with diluted bleaching water or 0.1% potassium permanganate once 3 or 4 weeks. At the same time,it should be cleaned regularly, including components such as laminate, especially filtering net, which generally accumulates much dirt and bacteria.
